3M™ Speedglas™ Replacement Outside Protection Plate measuring 5 1/4" X 3 3/4" is designed for use with Speedglas™ 9100 welding helmets and made from polycarbonate. Outside protection plate protects the filter from spark as well as spatter. Protection plate is suitable for demolition, facility maintenance, grinding and welding applications. When outside protection plate is used without filter, it may cause damage to the glass due to spark or spatter that voids the warranty. It can be used in industries such as automotive, oil and gas, transportation, repair and operation, manufacturing and more.
