- Vintage: 1950's - 1960's
- Details: Gorgeous Mid Century jewel casket with high-relief, embossed, decorations that include roses, leaves, swirls and even imitation cane-weaving on the lid, surely makes you think of Hollywood Regency period. This one is lined in bright red velvet, (doesn't show up as red in some pictures), it's footed and has a hinged lid. We believe this is silverplated, based on research many Japan caskets of this period were, but we've kept the price low just in case we're mistaken. It is marked on the bottom "Made in Japan".
- How to Style: Besides being a great collectible and typically used for safeguarding precious rings, delicate jewelry, or cherished keepsakes. This elegant, ornate box is equally at home as a decorative accent on a vanity, dresser, or shelf.
- Materials: Silverplated Metal, Velvet
- Dimensions: Approx. 4.0 inches Long, 3.5 inches Wide and 3.0 inches Tall.
- Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Vintage Condition. The bottom has either lost its silverplating or it was never plated, it has a yellow tone. There is wear but primarily on the legs, and bottom of the piece, consistent with age/use. Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. Please remember these are ANTIQUE and VINTAGE items, they are not new, there may be signs of storage, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear and tear, and imperfections.
